While sampling their award smoked Gouda mac and cheese
Amazing place. For a grilled cheese+ place you would think the food would be average. I had the loaded Mac n cheese and the "Hog" grilled cheese, with surprisingly good pulled BBQ pork, coleslaw, and red pepper jam, and cheese. The sandwich was incredible and so was the Mac. Good beer selection and lots of top shelf drinks. Great place will come again.
We had a great time
The atmosphere is great. The food and drinks are awesome. Don't try to call in for take out, the person answering the phone will tell you they don't do takeout. But that they will check with the kitchen to see if the can handle an additional order. Your best bet is to call one of the other restaurants or bars in the area.

He was so friendly and genuine we decided to hit the YOLO bar after the festival
The place is nice, the waiter was amazing and very accommodating. The drink menu was great as well. The downside was the limited grilled cheese menu. I would like to see a larger variety of grilled cheese sandwiches. Maybe some Bree and lingonberry or goat cheese or a lobster grilled cheese or a steak (actual steak not for cheesesteak) and bacon jam grilled cheese. I just feel like for a place that’s all about grilled cheeses maybe some more variety would help. Honestly if there were more menu options I would give this place 5 stars
had some wine (great pour) beer and a shot of agave tequila which my boyfriend loved
Drinks are great, staff is knowledgeable. I've tried both the capone and the clucking hot and both were really good. The pictures included are for the clucking hot!
