Dear Doctor..Yesterday, I came into your office to see you as my regular primary doctor. I have heard incredible news about your wonderful skills.. however, your front desk ladies after reviewing my extensive new patient forms they informed me you don't see patients who are on required medical medication for all of my medical issues which are considered narcotics. I kindly explained I do not take these on a regular bases just as needed..they told me you donot take anyone who is on these medications? REALLY? How can you Denie care to anyone whose illness keeps them on the medication without knowing the reasons?? I have had multiple failed knee implants and hip implants..a heart patient since the age of 49.. I am a diabetic with neuropathy, I have been told possibly I have either MS or Parkinson's disease.. the last time I had pain medicine filled was in 9-9-2016... I do take my muscle relaxers, do too the severe muscle spasms I have..I am appalled that a doctor refuses to see anyone in need.. I will be contacting my insurance carrier and explain to them that you have certain patients you will only see... which, since I pay my insurance to see doctors that are on their list.. I am a 63 year old lady who have several different doctors and always have had a good repoor with my professionals that work closely with me.. I am sorry I wasn't even given the chance to meet you and give you the opportunity to be my new primary.. shameful...my husbands name appears up front, but, I am Rebecca Russell
