When I hung up the phone I called and confirmed with my local florist the date of delivery and time request and she has a copy that was sent via Teleflora for Thursday a.m. The flowers finally were delivered at 4:45 p.m.
Ordered flowers when they first opened never delivered piss poor service.. got excuse after excuse on why they were not there
This florist is not equipped to handle or follow orders for customers. A complaint is going to be filed with Teleflora by my local florist and myself for the and inconvenience and stress that this company placed on me.
There are plenty of florists city-wide that are available and next time I will make sure that I will NEVER use this florist again.

This has to be the worst place to order flowers from with the absolute worst customer service ever. I placed an order with my local florist for an arrangement for my aunt for Mother's Day which was assigned to Deland Florist via Teleflora. The order was placed on Tuesday for a Thursday morning delivery. When I checked Thursday morning, my time (PST) the flowers had not been delivered yet. I called my local florist and the owner/manager stated that their computer systems were down and could not make any deliveries that day and that they are too busy to guarantee any specific time of delivery. Then the owner/manager stated that he would have the flowers delivered 1st thing Friday morning. I then had to let my aunt know which I was not too happy about as it was to be a surprise.
I'm a florist that tried to do business with this florist. after placing the order with them the recipient had been moved so tried to cancel the order and was told repeatedly that I would be refunded. never happened and they keep telling us stories on why; when we have asked. Untrustworthy and unreliable.
DO NOT USE THIS FLORIST UNLESS YOU ARE WANT POOR EXCUSES, UNRELIABILITY AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Now on Friday, same thing, no flowers delivered. After contacting my local florist, I obtained the phone number of Deland Florist and proceeded to call. After numerous calls, rude customer service and poor excuses I finally spoke to the owner/manager about the situation. He stated that the order form he had stated Friday and he does not guarantee delivery .He was rude and passing the "buck" because he dropped the ball and didn't care about my order.
