Tried to have an experience at this location. I called repeatedly for over an hour to make an appointment and it was always busy. When it finally did ring, no one would answer. Let it ring for 3 minutes with no answer. Called back 5 minutes later and let it ring for another 3 minutes.
Make hair cut appointment, in and out in 20 minutes. Friendly staff, easy parking.
Their make you smile slogan is in the potty. Courtney over processed my hair by putting me under a dryer, with 30 v bleach, against HC POLICY . Since then my hair is dry brittle broken and will take 2 years to grow back. Everytime I touch my head broken hair is in my hands. I am ANGRY. I am not smiling. No stars.
Horrible. Waste of time & money. Never again.
