These hacks just try to sell you stuff anyway. Why am I getting sales pressure from medical professionals?

Never going back.

Currently looking for new eye doctor.

Bob and I have been using Total Vision for over 30 years. We have always received the most professional and gracious help there in the professional office and in the lens shop. Any issues/repairs to our glasses have quickly been resolved. They are efficient in the services they provide and offer good advice. We are grateful they are there and we would not think of going elsewhere.

Dr Heacock is a good doctor. I've been seeing him for a few years.

I've been a client here for many years, for both my eye exams and my eyeglasses. Excellent doctors, eyeglasses, and customer service.

Ruined my day.

Dr.Heacock was efficient and good to the point of visit and care. The front office staff just think they know it all and pretty much talks over you, they talk way more and they listen less to your needs and wants. They messed up my order because they just wouldnt listen to me and just thought that they knew more than the customer and the product brands just because they do it all day long. Just a hint to the front staff, Nowadays with all the available sources and online internet reviews like this one that i am writing, customers (people) always search and review the products they are interested in before they even go in to order from clinics, vendors and retailers so they know exactly: what they want, what it is, what it is called, what it does, the cost, the ratings and its purposes, so just because you work all day long doing it, it doesnt necessarily mean that you know more about it than the customer asking for it especially specifically by name of the product..With all that being said surely enough you didnt listen to me and debated with me over what the product was and its name and surely enough ordered the wrong product and i had to go somewhere else and buy it somewhere else, THANKS A LOT, U KNOW SO MUCH AND AO MUCH MORE THAN ME AND THE PRODUCT THAT YOU DIDNT HAVE IN STOCK AND HAD TO ORDER AND MESSED UP ANYWAY BECAUSE YOU AND YOUR CO WORKERS KEPT INSISTING THAT YOU KNEW IT ALL OVER ME AND WHAT I WANTED AND NOW YOU LOST A CUSTOMER, GREAT JOB ! Specifically the woman's name was in the front with the straight, shoulder length, brown hair. How unpleasant, unprofessional,.unhelpful and uninformed, LISTEN MORE AND TALK LESS, CUSTOMERS SOMETIMES KNOW MORE, ITS 2017...

The staff and doctor are attentive and take plenty of time to make sure we're getting the help we need
