My family and I evacuated to DeLand during Hurricane Irma and we were treated very well during a very difficult time for the staff at this hotel. My thanks go to the entire team for accommodating us in a professional manner while their own families and homes were at risk from the same storm. This hotel was built in 2015 and is well kept & clean. Even after we lost power, housekeeping did everything they could to clean our room and get us fresh towels. We look forward to returning under better circumstances because DeLand is a nice small town with good BBQ and Mexican food. If you have kids, Freedom Playground is worth checking out in DeLand too.
Stayed here for a work trip and was happy with the stay. Big, clean rooms and satisfying free breakfast.
No Internet Prices not Correct.. Should be 107. Charging 160.00 price Gouging us Who Are Having to leave our Homes this Should be Corrected right away.. Would have stayed more than 2 days of Price Gouging didn't happen during The aftermath of hurricane Irma.. Bad enough We had to Leave our Homes.. Very hurt.. Nice place but No internet problems with phone.. And I use the Very Best Services for phone.. Verizon the most expensive ever.. Sad day for Me..
Tiffany at the Front Desk was very kind, pleasant and helpful and checked my wife and I in quickly. And when we checked into our room it had a stinch and she had no problems with moving us to another fresh smelling room. Hotel is great! We'll definitely return
