I rented a 20 x 30 climate controlled unit for a little over a year. I feel like the price i paid per month was more than fair and the facility / grounds were kept extremely clean. I trusted that my possessions were being kept safe from bugs, weather, etc. The Manager, Yvonne, (I think that is her name) was always friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this place for any storage needs.
The manager was rushing me out the door 1 1/2 hours before closing. They over charged me for gas and mileage. She was very rude and has no customer service skills! I reported her to uhaul!
I think several of us in DeLand have found out that Spring Garden storage seems to make their prices go up and down according to how much they think they can get out of people. I was very upset the last time I went there and tried to rent a truck the lady that quoted me and was very insistent that I needed to purchase it right then I had a bad feeling, I went home called another U-Haul company and it was half the price buyer beware
