The frustration level is the higest with the USPS. My parents are elderly and with my help built a house on a lot they ownened in a subdivision. They cannot get a mail box appointed to them because they paid cash for the house and do not have a bill of sale. The same week my son is moving into a home he is buying and he cannot get his mail forwarded since he does not have a credit or debit card with the address of his apt. he used while in school, it has his old address. On top of that it is impossible to talk to a live person for help. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!

My mail carrier needs retrained or something. I received a package the other day that was crammed in on of the parcel lockers. Thank God the item was way smaller than the box because if not it would have been damaged, Then Saturday according to usps tracking 2 packages was suppose to have been put in a parcel locker but no key to that locker was put in my mail box. You would think with the price we pay to have items shipped that usps would at least hire people capable of delivering mail properly.

It would be nice if customer service extended to the phone being answered. The response from the window - we don't answer the phone if there are customers at the window. Would it ever occur to you to take the call so the customer doesn't have to come to the window?

deposited a grad card in the box without postage (I realized my mistake the minute it happened). The manager, Kirk was very professional and as soon as he was able, remedied the problem. Thank you, Kirk!

1st they gave me the wrong mailbox keys because someone didn't seal the envelope that they go in. I WALK back up there and they give me the right key for the mailbox but they assigned me a mailbox that's already in use. The ladies at the desk were nice, the manager could have been a little nicer to them though.
