Totally love this place. When I can walk the steps I can be seen downstairs. Their approach to wellcare is phenomenal. No harsh drugs. Nutrition counseling, they take time to answer all your questions and ease your fears. Your not just a number or time slot. They get down to dog level and love on them as they examine.
I will use them again and recommend them to anyone with exotics.
The staff is so caring and the atmosphere is so relaxed. I just moved from Orlando and am fostering a cat through ARK who had me get him neutered there. SO glad I was able to find a new get for my furry family. They truly are the friendliest and most attentive vet I have been to. Wish I had found them sooner!
This was the first time we visited here. First we all love the environment and the staff. The technician and the doctor both were very friendly and helpful. Most impressively was this vet is a perfect one-stop for vet, grooming, pet shop and training class. We found this vet initially because we heard they can do preventive wellness exam, but this time we didn't get to do that so I can't really judge the performance. We basically just did a flu shot and had some general inquires. It's hard to say if this vet is better than the vet we have been visiting in the past two years. I think we can determine if this will be our permanent vet only after a few more visits. We'll definitely come back for a wellness exam and provide more feedback if possible.

I went there today my bird had a stroke and was in horrible shape. They gave him oxygen And I knew when I went there the outcome was going to be that he was going to be put down. They made me feel so comfortable and very loving staff. Pepper was 27 years old and lived a great and long life. They put him in a nice box and wrapped him up nicely and made it a lot easier on me. They are wonderful and would definitely recommend them to anyone. Don’t remember the vets name we had but it was a lady and she absolutely loves the animals and has the best heart I love this place and all the nurses also thank u for making it easy on me in this tuff time of my bird passing love you guys
First experience with FloridaWild and it was great! I boarded my young Parrot with them, it was the first time I've boarded her and was nervous. They took the time to answer my questions and took very good care of her. When I picked her up a few days later they gave me good feedback about her stay. Most of all, she was well taken care of! They made sure it was as stress free as possible for her. She came home eating well, happy and healthy!
