This place was horrible they overcharged they didnt care about my dog they diagnosed everything except the problem they tried to charge almost 500 dollars for test and procedures that our regular vet charged us 220 for the same test and procedures plus extra testing and antibiotics. The only reason we even came here is because our vet didnt have a soon enough opening and my dog was very sick and its sad because we had only heard good things about this clinic until our experience. Was terrible will not reccomend to anyone. Also we told them we just wanted to pay the office visit which was 40 dollars when we went to check out the counter girl said we owed 81 dollars so the office visit wasn't enough they had to sneak in a urine test to make sure they got the extra 41 dollars. Pathetic then again they do have a big nice facility to support. Horrible service never reccomend or return!!
Dr. Paula Alshouse’s animal care center is one of the most exceptional veterinary hospitals I’ve ever been to. I met Dr. Alshouse back in the 90’s and she found out I had recently lost a cat to cancer. Her sincere and genuine concern led me to change vets and I am so glad I did. She built an amazing hospital that even has separate air systems to keep animals that are sick from spreading any airborne illness. Her staff is so helpful, kind and caring. They always greet me and ask how I’m doing. Dr. Alshouse and her staff as well as the other doctors that work there are the kind of people that you look forward to seeing and completely trust. They go above and beyond to help your pet. You won’t be sorry!
Lots of animals over LOTS of years and wouldn't go anywhere else! Very trustworthy and very upfront on all options. Everyone here cares about your babies (pets).
The doctors and staff always seem helpful, friendly and intelligent. Getting an appointment is easy and I never have long waiting times. Each vet i’ve delt with seems knowledge with the well being of my animals as top priority. I’ve run into rudeness from the bleach blonde older woman who runs the front desk but I honestly don’t think she realizes she’s coming off across as crass, cold and uncaring. I think if its pointed out to her she may change how she approaches her conversations with clients.
